ANF Annual Retreat – Registration Fee Update

Please be informed of the updated registration fees for the upcoming ANF Annual Retreat:

💰 Registration Fees:

🔹 Non-EXECOM Officers / Active Adorers: ₱4,500.00 (reduced rate)
🔹 EXECOM Officers: ₱5,500.00 (remains unchanged)

Kindly take note that the registration fee for Non-EXECOM Officers and Active Adorers has been reduced to ₱4,500.00, while the registration fee for EXECOM Officers remains at ₱5,500.00.

All concerned participants are encouraged to register early and coordinate with the Secretariat regarding payment procedures and confirmation.

Let us prepare spiritually for this Annual Retreat and continue strengthening our unity and commitment in Adoracion Nocturna Filipina.

Subject: Notice of Treasurer’s Meeting – February 28, 2026

Brothers,

This coming Saturday, February 28, 2026, we will be holding a Treasurers and Auditors’ Meeting involving all Section, Diocesan, and Regional Treasurers, Assistant Treasurers, Auditors and Assistant Auditors from Luzon, including those from RCEPM, North Luzon, and South Luzon Regional Areas.

Schedule:

  • 8:30 AM – Registration

  • 9:00 AM to 12:00 NN – Meeting Proper

Agenda will focus on Financial Matters, including but not limited to:

  • Annual Dues

  • Accounts Receivable

  • Use of Funds

  • Fund Generation

Although there is a scheduled RCEPM Secretaries’ Meeting on the same date, we foresee no conflict, as the roles and functions of Secretaries and Treasurers are distinct.

Concerned Treasurers are kindly requested to mark this date on your calendars.

Regional and Diocesan Presidents are also encouraged to attend, should time permit, to show support and share valuable inputs.

This meeting likewise includes Auditors from the Regional, RCEPM, North and South Luzon—Sections and Dioceses. (Bro. Simon Agillon, your support will be most welcome.)
